STIRY MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP FAQ

‣ What is Stiry and how does a monthly membership work?

Stiry’s mission is to help people discover their divine potential through emotionally inspiring short films and documentaries. All of our stories are funded through our monthly Share the Good subscription, story discovery products, and live events. By buying a monthly subscription to our Share the Good program, you are supporting positive stories (like this one) that the world so desperately needs right now. This is how we change the world together… one inspiring story at a time. Plus, now you have the gear to do good in your own community and remind people every day that there is still good in this world! Through our membership, you’ll get a monthly premium Share the Good shirt and/or hat delivered right to your doorstep. Simply choose the subscription you want and go share the good with us!

‣ So if I get a subscription, where does the money go?

Your subscription goes directly to more stories that help share the good in the world. We film stories from all over the world about people who are sharing the good in order to inspire others to do the same. It’s our way (and now yours) to pay it forward:)

‣ What type of fabric do you use for your shirts?

All of our t-shirts are ooooooh so comfortable. Only the best for you. All shirts are a 60/40 blend of combed, ring-spun cotton and polyester.

‣ Is this shirt unisex?

Yes. We’ve found the best fitted shirt for both men and women.

‣ Will my shirt shrink?

Every shirt is pre-shrunk, so you will likely see little to no shrinkage after you wash.

‣ What type of hat do you use?

We’ve tested over 10 different snapback hat brands while we share the good in the community and found the best hat on the market. The Richardson 112 is a one-size fits all option that’s sure to look good on your mug.

‣ How do I get a past design?

We get it. Sometimes there is a design that speaks to your soul. Keep your eyes peeled, we occasionally re-launch a past design for a very limited time. You’ll know as soon as these design favorites are live on our website. The best way to be notified about new designs and vintage designs is to sign up for our newsletter here.

‣ Who do I contact if I have a question?

Reach out to us at support@stiry.com and we will respond within 48 hours to your request.

‣ Where do you ship?

We currently ship anywhere in the US and Canada! All pricing on our site is in USD.

‣ How do I cancel?

Decided you’re overflowing with #sharethegood gear? Cancel at any time by emailing support@stiry.com.

‣ When should I expect my order?

All orders will be received within 7-10 business days from time of purchase.

‣ Can I change my shirt size on my next order?

To keep pricing low, we don’t do returns, but if you’d like to switch sizes on your next order, email support@stiry.com and we’ll make the change for you!

‣ Can I just buy one item or do I need a membership?

These designs are specific to the membership program, but occasionally we make one-time purchases on certain designs available on our website.

‣ Can I give a membership to someone else?

Absolutely! Just make sure you have their size and address handy when you go to checkout!

‣ Do I get to choose the design each month?

Surprises are more fun right? We think you’ll enjoy the fact that you can’t possibly predict what shirt you get each month. We hire local designers each month to give us simple, yet incredibly unique designs delivered to your doorstep. You’ll never get the same design twice and trust us…you won’t be disappointed as you rep your fresh #sharethegood gear!

‣ What if I don’t like the design?

To keep our pricing as low as possible, we don’t allow returns unless we’ve made an error on your order. If you aren’t happy with the current design, you are free to cancel your subscription at any time or if you want to keep sharing the good, gift your gear to someone else. And the best part, you’ll get a new design next month!
