Project Proposal

(SUMMARY)

Objectives

  • To create a short film that inspires others to take those first steps to CHANGE. Help people feel the power and personal impact they can create once they choose to act. To help those on the path to sobriety stay inspired and motivated in their journey.

  • Tell Jared's story and journey to sobriety, recovery, and healing. We will discuss the pain and heartache, but we will focus on the hope and forgiveness we can all find through an honest 'change' of heart. 

    • Acknowledge the past, but it is just that, the past. â€‹

    • Jared's journey of change, and how a songs lyrics reminded him of this path. So that, when he had hit rock bottom, hope had already begun to grow in his heart. 

    • Jared's mission now is greater than himself.

1-3 months: Our storyteller strategy meeting will help us identify the timeline for the film. â€‹â€‹

 

STATEMENT OF WORK: 

Once the production path is chosen, via our Storytelling Strategy Session, we will create a Statement of Work (SOW) to guide the production calendar and establish appropriate benchmarks to hold us accountable. Stiry will work diligently to meet all agreed-upon goals and deadlines.

Our mission is to tell your story with honesty, humility, and heart, Jared—beginning at the moments when things first began to unravel, through the pain of rock bottom, and into the quiet but courageous work of becoming someone new. This isn’t just a story of transformation—it’s one of reckoning, repair, and redemption.

We’ll shine a light on the lessons you’ve learned through hard-won experience—the relationships that were strained or broken, the trust that was lost, and the legacy that once felt uncertain. And yet, through all of it, the story that’s emerging is one of hope—a story where grace is real, forgiveness is possible, and change doesn’t erase the past but builds something stronger in spite of it.

With care and authenticity, your personal journey will be woven into the larger human story—one shared by countless others facing addiction and alcoholism. Because your story is not just yours—it’s a mirror, a message, and a reminder of what’s possible. It shows how change begins when someone steps in with compassion, when forgiveness is given, and when a single person chooses to rise.

Together, we’ll show that even in the wake of brokenness, a new legacy can be written—one rooted in truth, love, and the unshakable belief that it’s never too late to begin again.

CONTENT SCOPE & STRATEGY

Production Plan Proposal

  • Create a Short Film.

  • Focus productions/stories on the story of Jared Munday.

  • Maximize each production day to capture multiple pieces of content.

  • Create an additional package of content for social media & marketing team to aid your content strategy to promote company initiatives, events, but also help promote the film/series.​​​

Storytelling Process & Scope

  • Pre-production and Creative:

    • Story vetting 

    • Storyteller pre-interview

    • Stiry Story Strategy Session 

    • Location scouting and booking

    • Pre-interview questions, shot lists, production schedules, and call sheets

    • Travel coordination (if needed, cost is not included in this proposal)

  • Production:​

    • Day shoots (locations, crew needs, etc.) 

    • Capture story interview + b-roll (supporting footage) with Producer, Director, Director of Photography/Camera, Gaffer/Grip, Location Sound

    • Camera package: Sony Cinematic 4k resolution cameras x 2, gimbal, aerial camera/drone), full lighting and  grip package, audio package​

  • Post-Production​

    • ​Log, load, create searchable catalogue​

    • Edit

    • Effects, art cards, titles

    • Color correction

    • Music

    • Audio mix

    • Final deliverables in various formats (exported/compressed for intended platforms and media outlets)​​

Reach & Purpose

  • Capture the international presence and reach showcasing your story through video and still photos.

  • Weave story elements together in a film that is true and authentic to your experience. We can engage with friends and or family members to have that real authentic emotion and affect on viewers.

  • Provide content hat increases engagement and supports the impact vision and your goals.

  • Each full story can/will be broken up into the following:

Pilot (15-30 min.) + Episodes (20-30 min.)
Cutdowns, YouTube Shorts, Reels (< 90 Seconds)
STILL PHOTOS (captured during every video shoot)
Behind the Scenes (BTS) + Donor & Partner Relationships + Organization Highlights, etc.
