Project Proposal

(SUMMARY)

Objectives

  • To create a short film or pilot episode for a documentary film or series that showcases Our Rescue core initiatives. This short film or pilot will be used to fundraise additional funds to produce and distribute the feature film or series 

​

  • Topic choices include but are not limited to:​

    • ​Rescue Operations

    • Training and Education

    • Survivor Care

    • K9 Units

    • Sex-tortion & the real issues in our communities​

Estimated Timeline

Production:​

PILOT:

3-6 months: Our storyteller strategy meeting will help us identify the timeline for the pilot 

​

FILM:

Est. 6-12 months: 90-120 minute feature length cinematic documentary film

SERIES:

Est. 6-12 months: Create 3-4, 20-30 minute episodes to cover a topic and showcase how the chosen topic(s) fit into the 3 pillars of focus for Our Rescue

 

STATEMENT OF WORK: 

Once the production path is chosen, via our Storytelling Strategy Session, we will create a Statement of Work (SOW) to guide the production calendar and appropriate benchmarks to be held accountable to. Stiry will work diligently to meet all agreeable goals and deadlines

Emotional Storytelling:

Our goal is to produce the most visually compelling and inspirational elements of the Our Rescue core initiatives. We will showcase the meaningful contributions to our communities and most impactful moments, efforts, challenges, and breakthroughs. We aim to pair the individual stories of local community members, case workers, and survivors, while sensitively telling the truths that exist and why this work is so important. The focus should be on the light and hope that Our Rescue can provide to so many in our own back yards and around the world. 

Case Study:

Prove that the work you are doing must continue. Until every person is safe. Help others commit to the cause and align with the mission in an emotional, social, and financial way.

CONTENT SCOPE & STRATEGY

Production Plan Proposal

  • Create a Documentary Series or Film

  • Focus productions/stories on the pillars of Our Rescue inititatives

  • Maximize each production day to capture multiple pieces of content

  • Create an additional package of content for social media & marketing team to aid Our Rescue's content strategy to promote company initiatives, events, but also help promote the film/series​​​

Storytelling Process & Scope

  • Pre-production and Creative:

    • Story vetting 

    • Storyteller pre-interview

    • Stiry Story Strategy Session 

    • Location scouting and booking

    • Pre-interview questions, shot lists, production schedules, and call sheets

    • Travel coordination (if needed, cost is not included in this proposal)

  • Production:​

    • Day shoots (locations, crew needs, etc.) 

    • Capture story interview + b-roll (supporting footage) with Producer, Director, Director of Photography/Camera, Gaffer/Grip, Location Sound

    • Camera package: Sony Cinematic 4k resolution cameras x 2, gimbal, aerial camera/drone), full lighting and  grip package, audio package​

  • Post-Production​

    • ​Log, load, create searchable catalogue​

    • Edit

    • Effects, art cards, titles

    • Color correction

    • Music

    • Audio mix

    • Final deliverables in various formats (exported/compressed for intended platforms and media outlets)

  • Distribution

    • Pilot aka "Torch" will be tested through the Angel Guild. If approved, we will begin discussions around distribution terms

    • All content created for Angel will be exclusively available for the duration of the contract

    • Note: We will strive to negotiate that elements of the pilot are not included in an exclusive contract, and can be used to raise funds, advertise services and programs, and showcase at any fundraising and awareness events

Reach & Purpose

  • Capture domestic presence and reach showcasing the Our Rescue company mission, impact, and team through video and still photos

  • Weave honest and authentic stories together in a film or series that is sensitive to the viewer, victim, and survivors experience. We don't always have to show the survivors to have a powerful impact. We can engage with team members and/or field ops to have that real authentic emotion and affect on viewers

  • Provide content to marketing team that increases engagement and supports the new chapter of OUR Rescue, and helps re-establish trust in the communities and clearly identifies the direction of the organization

  • Incorporate rebrand into consistent video messaging that is transparent and impactful

Content Blueprint***

Given the opportunity to work at a more in depth level with Our Rescue, Stiry can can help create a content calendar with your in-house social media, marketing team, video team. (This will give us the best seat in the house to know how to best help you)

 

We can assist with:

  • Monthly strategy meetings with social media and marketing team/weekly follow-up with your team

  • Monthly meetings with executive team

  • Engage team members to ensure the video / media content is consistent and on-brand

  • Communication is key for us to help guide the narrative. We want to assist in helping OUR Rescue utilize the films and content we create for you to achieve your goals

  • Each full story can/will be broken up into the following:

Pilot (15-30 min.) + Episodes (20-30 min.)
Cutdowns, YouTube Shorts, Reels (< 90 Seconds)
STILL PHOTOS (captured during every video shoot)
Behind the Scenes (BTS) + Donor & Partner Relationships + Organization Highlights, etc.

BUDGET

Our Rescue | Production

Phase 1 - Film new content | Utilize existing assets 

  • 1 - 30 minute Pilot Episode (Funding & Torch submission for ANGEL STUDIOS Guild) ​

    • Proof of Concept / Short Film that overviews the Series Story Arch. Showcases theme and issues discussed in the FILM or Series

    • A "Torch" to test with the Guild. Over 1 million active members, with thousands who have the opportunity to vote on our films. We will receive the voting results, and survey data, along with commentary from members for/against the film  

    • Fundraising Assets for a Gala, Event, and promo materials for Social Media

    • Presenting to Donors and Sponsors for the Film/Series

Phase 2 - Film additional content to expand to full lenth episodes

  • 16 - :30 - :90 cutdowns (4 per 30 minute film/story)

Payment Plans

  • STAY AHEAD: Half down (produce large % of content up front), Second payment (25%) due August/September 1, 2025, Final payment (25%) due November/December 31, 2025

  • BULK PRODUCE: Four payments spread over 12 months (bulk produce each quarter): 25% Down (August), 25% due November 1, 2025, 25% due February 1, 2025, 25% Due May 1, 2026

  • MONTHLY RETAINER (for additional servicesadditional budget required): Train in-house video team on the Stiry Storytelling Process & work to keep all content mission focused and working to promote the film/series, $10,000/month (Team training, two monthly 1hr meetings with Social Media and Marketing Teams)

Showcase

Fundraising, Gala, or Red Carpet Premiere events = $30,000-$50,000* in major markets; we can also help with existing calendar events to incorporate our storytelling elements
