Objective

To provide weekly/monthly story driven content to engage existing and new customers and partners for United Energy Workers Healthcare for brand marketing, social media, general marketing, culture enhancement, and charitable purposes.

Emotional Storytelling:

Produce the most visually compelling and inspirational elements of each DOE worker's story who is now a patient of UEW. Showcase the meaningful contributions to their community and most impactful moments in their lives. Pair their individual stories with the care they deserve and are receiving from the caregivers who are relentless in providing world class compassion. 

Case Study:

Prove UEW has the best patient care and is the best place to work through emotionally quantifying experiences. Showcase the moments that make UEW's 90% patient care rating a reality. All while honoring the stories of those who are vulnerable enough to share their journey with us.

CONTENT SCOPE & STRATEGY

Production Plan

  • Produce 4 stories per month in 9 current core markets across U.S.

  • Focus productions/stories on largest addressable markets

  • Maximize each production day to capture multiple pieces of content

  • Create large repository of content in advance for social media & marketing team content strategy and content calendar that can be deployed through Hubspot and all internal and external marketing tool​​​

Storytelling Process & Scope

    • Camera package (Sony Cinematic 4k resolution cameras x 2, gimbal, aerial camera/drone), full lighting and  grip package, audio package​

  • Weave individual stories together in a series that authenticates and proves 'best patient care and best place to work' mission.

  • Provide weekly content to marketing team that increases engagement and click-through rates

  • Incorporate rebrand into consistent video messaging

  • ​Combine heartfelt 'feel good' feedback with measurable data

  • Increase B2B and B2C conversions in markets across 24 states and 34 UEW offices

  • Lifetime value of UEW customer: $500,000+ (over 5-6 year period)

  • Produce equivalent of 4 individual stories per month

    • 48 total stories (approx. 1 story per week for marketing team+cutdowns)

  • Domestic locations

    • Pick top 9 locations, produce multiple stories in each location to maximize travel efficiencies and fully represent current and future UEW growth

  • 60 seconds - 5 minutes

Media Assets

  • Included with full stories:
    3 cutdowns/reels per original story (:30 - :60)
    Still photos: 10 per video shoot

SHOWCASE: ANNUAL RED CARPET PREMIERE

Scope

  • Public or private event, with UEW partners and customers (optional) to showcase patient, employee, & caregiver stories, community impact and reach

  • All production, setup, and execution of event handled by Stiry

1. UEW Series (Patient+Caregivers+Employee stories)

  • 48 stories (4 per month)

  • 144 :30-:90 cutdowns (3 per story)

  • 480 still photos (10 per story)

Payment Plans

  • Half down (produce large % of stories up front), Second payment (25%) due September 1, 2025, Final payment (25%) due December 31, 2023

  • Four payments spread over 12 months (bulk produce each quarter): 25% Down (May), 25% due August 1, 2025, 25% due November 1, 2025, 25% Due February 1, 2026

  • Monthly Retainer (produce stories each month): $80,000/month
